Lansing offers a comprehensive selection of 1, 2, and 3U electronic instrument enclosures that answer both rack-mounted and freestanding requirements. Our modular panels are tailored in production to meet the specific size and access needs of our customers.
We specialize in creating packaging solutions for electronic devices that can withstand normal environmental conditions. Whether you need a GrayBox rack-mounted enclosure or a smaller MicroPak freestanding one, we have you covered. Our electronic enclosures are built to deliver functionality and protection for your valuable electronics.
At Lansing Instrument Corp, we use various materials to deliver performance and appearance to our customers. Our electronic enclosures are constructed using high-quality materials. We use aluminum extrusions, vinyl-clad aluminum, vinyl-clad steel, and injection molded plastic.
These materials have been selected for their durability, strength, and resistance to environmental factors. Our designs are dedicated to providing our customers with the best materials to ensure the longevity and functionality of our products. When you choose Lansing Instrument Corp, you can trust that your enclosures are made with carefully chosen materials.
We are committed to meeting the unique needs of our customers. We also understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to enclosure solutions.
Our customer support team is available to work closely with you to understand your needs and help you tailor a GrayBox or MicroPak enclosure. In GrayBox enclosures height cannot be tailored. GrayBox height is limited to 1.75(1U), 3.5(2U), and 5.25(3U) inches, consistent with rack-mounting standards. You can, however, add standoffs, captive nuts, and other accessories. You can also specify access holes to panel mount components.
Our goal is to deliver electronic enclosures that provide protection and functionality for your electronic device.
We understand the importance of timely delivery for our customers. Our normal lead times for enclosures with dimensional and access tailoring are 15 working days. However, depending on the specific tailoring and quantity ordered, additional time may be required. We strive to provide fast and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Our team is committed to working closely with you to understand your needs and provide accurate lead times that meet your expectations. If you require expedited delivery or have a specific timeline in mind, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order on time, every time, without compromising on quality. Get in touch with us today to learn more about electronic enclosures.
